Helpdesk Support – Software Applications – Farnham to £22k

Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by a software house based in Farnham, Surrey. Candidates will ideally have some experience of providing application support and have excellent customer service skills. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £22,000.

Useful Skills:
Call logging experience
Experience of working on a Service Desk / Technical Helpdesk
Support experience with Windows OS, MS Office applications and printers/hardware
Experience of being customer facing
The successful applicant may have a career advancement opportunity to software development or field consultant.
